The dome and grass terrain were modeled and rendered in ArchiCAD.  The perspective was opened in Paintshop Pro and a painting called "Selkirk Sunset" was inserted for the background.  The distant trees, bushes, flowers and grass were added with "tubes"  from Jungle 2D by Digarts.
